Superior Residences at Health Park is a special memory care community for those with Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementia related illnesses. Our purpose is to preserve capabilities while protecting the dignity of each resident. The Memory Care Team is specially trained in providing a supportive and nurturing environment.

Our Community has been specifically designed and built to meet the unique needs of our memory care residents. The campus of Superior Residences at HealthPark has specially designed cottages, featuring 10 private and 2 companion apartments with private bathrooms. Each cottage features their own living room, dining room, serving kitchen and laundry facility. The spacious cottages sit in a picturesque garden allowing residents the independence to enjoy secured time outside. A customized service plan is developed for each resident to ensure individualized care requests are met. We are more than care-givers, we strive for a true family atmosphere where family and friends are encouraged to participate as partners in this journey.

Our residence offers all the services normally associated with an assisted living center, with special modifications to meet the unique needs of our residents. Special attention has been given to the physical layout, safety and decor. Of course, in addition to personal care assistance, licensed nursing staff is available 24-hours a day and our Extended Congregate Care (ECC) License offers our residents enhanced and expanded service options allowing residents to make our community their home for as long as possible.
